Poncho needs context to be useful. Here's what that means.
- Where does my data live?
- On our servers (Railway, EU region). Encrypted in transit. Secrets like OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest.
- Does Poncho train on my conversations?
- No. We don't train models, and neither does Anthropic (we use their zero data retention API).
- Who can read it?
- You. Anthropic sees it for the seconds it takes to generate a response, then drops it. No one at Poncho reads it unless you share it with support.
- What about my integrations?
- OAuth tokens are encrypted. Revoke any integration in one tap. Revoking deletes the token.
- Can I delete everything?
- Yes. Delete your account and everything (conversations, memory, files, tokens) is wiped instantly.
- Is anything sold to advertisers?
- No. Poncho is paid software. There's no ad model.
