By installing or using Poncho (the “app”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The service
Poncho is an AI-powered assistant for iOS. It runs tasks on your behalf, including research, summaries, drafts, and integrations with third-party services, and notifies you when work is complete.
2. Your account
You may need to create an account to use Poncho. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don't share your account with others.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Poncho is offered as a paid subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Pricing and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Poncho to:
- Break the law or harm others
- Send spam, harass, or abuse anyone
- Reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
- Make high-stakes decisions (medical, legal, financial) without professional review
5. Connected services
When you connect a third-party service (Gmail, Calendar, Notion, etc.), you authorize Poncho to access information from those services on your behalf, subject to their own terms. Poncho will ask before sending, writing, or modifying anything in a connected account.
6. Disclaimers
Poncho's outputs are generated by AI and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Review important results before acting on them. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poncho and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
