How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Poncho → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all billing.

What can Poncho see?

Only what you give it. When you connect a service like Gmail or Notion, you'll see exactly which permissions are requested. Poncho asks before sending, writing, or modifying anything in a connected account.

Why is my background task taking a while?

Most tasks complete in under a minute, but longer research or multi-step jobs can take several minutes. You'll get a push notification the moment Poncho is done.

How do I export or delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Account → Export to download your data, or Delete account to remove everything from our servers.

Is Poncho available on Android?

Not yet. We're iPhone-only while we polish the experience.
